Your well-being, and that of our team members, is our top priority. Here’s what we’re doing to help protect everyone in our communities:
Face coverings are required in common areas and our associates are required to wear them anywhere they may interact with others
Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces in common areas and amenities
Contactless leasing experience, payment, move-in process, and package pickup
Reduced occupancy and plexiglass installed in shared spaces to promote social distancing
Hand sanitizer dispensers available in many shared spaces
Daily health screenings and attendance logs for our associates
Self-guided tours allow you to see your new home in person while practicing social distancing (most locations)
Fitness Centers, pools and other amenities re-opening with new reservation system and added cleaning protocol (varies by location)
